The old brick porch of this Shaker Heights Tudor home had slowly succumbed to weather and decay over time. It had become almost unusable, rendering the original structure cold and unattractive. Fortunately, with thoughtful design and a skilled team of artisans, the porch was restored and reborn. Using key pieces of stone salvaged from the original structure, the porch was completely rebuilt to retain its historic significance. In the backyard, a firepit and stone patio were installed around the existing pool to create a beautiful indoor/outdoor space that perfectly complements the charm and beauty of the rest of the home. The renovated porch and backyard have transformed the once-dilapidated space into a stunning and inviting area where guests and family alike can relax and enjoy.
